PDWA Member Profile:
'Take The Lead' is owned and run by Sue Ingram.
Since I was a child we always had animals in the family including horses. My first job when I left school was at the National Foaling Bank in Shropshire. I attained my British Horse Society teaching qualification in 1983 and have been a keen horsewoman all my life.
I have always enjoyed training my dogs through classes and clubs, from the Kennel Club Good Citizen Award Scheme to Gundog training and competitions. At 'Take The Lead' safety and the pet's welfare are a priority and understanding your pet's needs are an important consideration for me.
From dog walking to home pop-ins for puppies and elderly pets and to give your cat company, affection and play, to house and pet sitting, including Equines, you can be assured that your pet will be well cared for. I have attained my Dog First Aid and CPR certificate and I am always looking to better myself and keep up to date so I will be undertaking a dog behaviour course next!
